Shipping & Handling
 Every order includes a shipping & handling charge in addition to the purchase price of item/s. The shipping & handling rate is not negotiable so please do not bid or buy item if you do not agree with rate. We strongly recommend you purchase/add insurance as we can not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that are not insured.

If you win or purchase multiple items from our store please click the "Request total from seller" link (after you have completed all your purchases/winnings) and we will send you an invoice for payment, usually within 1 business day with your order total with correct combined shipping & handling charges (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays we do not consider business days). Do not send payment for each item individually or before you've received a combined invoice from us.

Combined Shipping & Handling
We've made it incredibly easy to shop our eBay store with our combined flat rate shipping & handling. In some instances we'll not be able to combine shipping & handling charges for unusually large items. If it states in the item description "Sorry this item does not qualify for our combined flat rate shipping & handling" then that item will ship at full shipping & handling charge of that item. The item in your order with the highest shipping & handling will be considered the first item, then simply add the combined flat rate shipping & handling for each additional single item/auction as follows:

Shipping Times
We generally process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days from the day payment is received (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays we do not consider business days). Orders shipped to a U.S. address should arrive within 5 to 10 business days. International orders should arrive within 5 to 15 business days. You will be notified via email when we have shipped your order. Please understand that sometimes orders can be delayed a little longer, we might be on vacation or have taken a few days off etc. The shipping times listed here are not guaranteed as we can not guarantee the shipping time and or arrival time of any package.

 International Customers
International customers please be aware that the majority of our items/orders under 4 lbs ship via USPS International First Class Mail. This shipping method does NOT come with a tracking number, delivery confirmation number or a customs number so your order WILL NOT receive any of these numbers. International orders that weigh over 4 lbs are generally shipped via USPS International Priority Mail and we may be able to provide you with a customs/confirmation number upon your request. International orders normally arrive within 5 to 15 business days however there can and will be delays at times that could cause your order to arrive past this time, up to one month or sometimes longer. We do not charge tax on any International order placed however your country may charge you a customs duty or tax on incoming goods. Please check with your local post office/customs office if you have any questions regarding this.
 
 Store Policies
1. DO NOT ask us to negotiate a better price (unless "best offer" feature is available for that item).
2. DO NOT ask us to remove a factory sealed figure from its original package to ship loose as we will not do this.
3. We DO NOT negotiate shipping & handling. The rate is clearly listed for each item and so is the combined s&h rate.
4. If you do not pay for item/s within 7 days REGARDLESS of what the situation is we will file a non paying buyer alert.
5. We DO NOT ship to any other address than what is directly provided by PayPal with payment, no exceptions!
6. We DO NOT respond to the following type of questions "Have you shipped out my item yet?" etc.
7. We DO NOT allow pick ups. Ever order is shipped, regardless of how close you live to us. 
8. We reserve the right to cancel your order if you're not a verified and confirmed PayPal member.
9. We only leave positive feedback after it has been left for us.
10. We accept returns within 7 days provided item/s are still new, unused, sealed in their factory package. Buyer agrees to pay return shipping cost unless we made a mistake (sent wrong item) in which case we will cover cost of shipping back.
11. If for any reason we can't fulfill (ship) your order your payment will be refunded.
12. If you do not agree with any of our store terms or policies we politely ask that you do not purchase anything from us.

 We strive to attain a 5 star positive rating however in the event your not satisfied with your transaction please contact us via email first before leaving neutral or negative feedback. If you have a question that can not be answered here please send us an email, we answer our emails generally within 24-48 business hours Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays or when we're taking days off or are on vacation.
