To keep your shipping costs down and still keep your purchase safe, we use a trusted North Carolina based In Home Delivery Company that we have many years experience with. They ship to you FULLY INSURED.

WE DO NOT SHIP BY COMMON CARRIER. WE WANT YOUR FURNITURE TO ARRIVE SAFELY!

WHITE GLOVE IN HOME DELIVERY:
We know that buying furniture is a big decision for you and you want it to arrive in pristine condition. That's why we will arrange shipping to you by an In-Home Delivery Company who is a shipping professional that specialize in new home furnishings. This experienced furniture shipping company will handle your items carefully and confidently. There's more to their White Glove In-Home service, however. We know how important it is to not only get the right piece for your home, but how important it is to put it in the right place in your home. Delivery includes bringing your furniture to the correct room, carefully unpacking the items and placing them where you want them. However, it does not include moving your existing furniture. Please make sure that the space in which you wish your new furniture to reside is cleared and ready for your new addition(s).
White Glove In-Home Delivery is offered in the 48 contiguous states. We regret that we cannot also offer this service for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

WE ARRANGE SHIPPING TO YOU AS A COURTESY. We do not charge our buyers a handling charge as many of the other sellers do.
ALL shipping estimates and lead times are per the shipping company.
BUYER PAYS SHIPPING.  No local pick up.


All items are shipped fully insured by the shipping company. Items are inspected by the shipping company before they leave their warehouse. In the rare case that an item is damaged in transit, the shipping company will take that item back to their warehouse, have it professionally repaired as good as new and return the item back to you on their next trip to your area. You do not pay any additional shipping charge or repair charge.
It is your responsibility to inspect your furniture upon delivery while the shipping company is still in your home. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO DO THIS.  Please note any transit damage in detail that you find on the Bill of Lading, sign it,  and return that item back with the shipper for repair.  IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO RETURN YOUR ITEM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED YOUR FURNITURE AS IS.  YOU ARE RELEASING THE SHIPPING COMPANY AND THE SELLER FROM ANY LIABILITY.  THE SHIPPING COMPANY DOES NOT PAY FOR A LOCAL REPAIR COMPANY TO DO AN IN HOME REPAIR AND NO PARTIAL REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.  Unless an issue is handled in the manner described above, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in the condition delivered.

Payment:

I accept Paypal and payment must be received within 24 hours after end of auction.  We accept cash only for items picked up in North Carolina.  Items picked up or shipped to a North Carolina address are subject to North Carolina Sales Tax.
