Assembled HO Scale Building Kit

Up for auction is an assembled building kit made by DPM, finished and detailed as Brett's Boat shop.  This kit has been completely assembled and detailed, including paint, a rolled paper roof, a sign hanging from the front of the building, and even a couple of boarded up windows.  The building is in good condition, although the two roll-up doors and chimney will need to be glued back into place, as they came loose when I took the model off of my layout.  The building's footprint is 4.75"x2.75" and it stands 2.75" tall.   This is a great little model that was a nice part of my layout, but I am moving soon and will not have space for a layout at the new place.  Be sure to see my other listings for more HO Scale buildings, accessories, rolling stock, and accessories.
