This is an exclusive bid for a premium template. It is coded in XHTML format (which will be provided, AS-IS) and was developed the Photoshop PSD format (which will be provided). You will receive exclusive rights to this template upon winning the sale. I would prefer to provide the PSD and HTML files to the buyer digitally via email; but because I cannot offer digital products on ebay, I will offer to mail a CD with the contents of the auction on it to the buyer. If the buyer does not want this, I can just email it. The product is provided AS-IS (the PSD does not have the watermark shown in the product image) and I will not accept refunds.
