Features 3/8 (inch) a breakaway buckle and reflective materials for safety, 3/8 (inch) cotton fabric construction , Includes a bell making it easy to locate pet Adjustable for necks from 8"-12" to fit almost any size cat, washable.
NOTE: Breakaway does not recommend that you use these buckles with a leash as they are intended to pop open should your cat become entangled. Using a leash with a break-away buckle could cause you to lose your cat should the buckle OPEN!!
