New Unlocked Touch Screen GSM Cell Phone AT&T T-Mobile

1. Do I need to insert two sim card in this phone?
You can insert on sim card or two sim card in this phone, both can work well. This phone can support two sim card at the same time.

2. When screen is locked, the screen get blank or black.
Please press power key( top side of the phone) or volume key(rignt side of the phone), then you can see a "bar", you can slide it to unlock the phone.

3. How to get back to main menue(If I enter one icon, I need press many times"back" to get back main menue)
Please just press "power key" to get back main menue

4. Does the phone can set up apps?
I am sorry, it can't, because the phone is not famous phone, it is made in china.

5. How to turn off touch vibation?(when you touch the screen, it will vibrate)
Just enter settings-phone setup-touch vibration" to set it "off"

6. How to turn off unlock sound(when you slide the bar to unlock the screen, it has a sound)
Just enter settings-phone setup-unlock sound" to set it "off"

7. keep the wallpaper/music/call mute/Alarm mute changed automatically from shaking switching:
please enter "settings - phone setup- MetCMotion" to set.

8. How can set  at&t or T-moible sim card to get MMS(picture message) and internet?

For picture message, it can't send or receive large picture, because the picture message need pass by your sim card and your sim card only has low storage, so you can't send or receive over 20 KB picture.
Please make sure that you input the correct info, the info uppercase words, lowercase word, and IP numerical words must be inputed correctly, otherwise, it can't set up in your phone.

***First Step***
1.Main menu --> Select Services
3.Select Data Account --> Select GPRS
5.Select the first entry
6.Edit the account name to whatever you would like
7.Edit APN to wap.cingular (lowercase)
8.Edit Username to WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM (UPPERCASE)
9.Edit Password to CINGULAR1 (UPPERCASE)
10.Edit Auth Type. to Secure
11. Save

Select Back --> Select Back

***Second Step***

Select WAP
1.Select Settings --> Edit Profile
3.Select the first entry --> Edit Profile
5.edit the name to whatever you would like
6.Edit Homepage to http://device.home
7.Data Account: enter data account, select GPRS and select the data account which you created in the First Step
8.Edit Connection type to HTTP
9.The IP address is 066.209.011.032 and the port number is 8080
10.Edit Username to WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
11.Edit Password to CINGULAR1
Select back or done, Select Activate Account.
You should now see a Black [G] in the upper left of your screen.

MMS(picture message)

Select Messages --> MMS --> Message Settings
Select Server Profile
Select the first entry
Select Edit Profile
Edit Rename Profile to whatever name you would like
Edit Home Page to http://mmsc.cingular.com
Edit Data Account to the same data account you created for WAP
Edit Connection Type to HTTP the IP address is 066.209.011.032 and the port is 8080
Edit the Username to WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM (UPPERCASE)
Edit the Password to CINGULAR1 (UPPERCASE)
Select Done or Save.

T-moible sim card Settings info

1- Main Menu click on Entertainment then click on Services
2- Click on Data Account–> click on GPRS
3- Choose any account–> click on Edit
4. Account Name: TMOBILE
APN: wap.voicestream.com( lowercase)
User Name: leave it blank
password : leave it blank
Auth. Type:Normal
CLICK ON DONE AND SAVE IT
CLICK ON BACK TWICE IT WILL TAKE YOU BACK TO SERVICES

5-Click on WAP –> click Settings–> click Edit Profile.
6- Choose any one on list then press ok–>Edit Profile
1- Rename Profile->(name it anything or u can name it T-mobile GPRS)
2-Homepage–> http://wap.myvoicestream.com
3-Data Account–>Select–>click on Gprs–> you will see the one we named earlier TMOBILE, select it and press OK
4- Connection Type
HTTP - > Proxy: 216.155.165.050 - > port 8080
5- Username: leave it blank
6- Password: leave it blank
CLICK DONE AND SAVE IT—>CLICK ACTIVATE PROFILE AND SAVE

SMS, MMS
1- Click on thee envelope icon it will take you to Messages
CLICK ON SMS
1- Message settings–> click in Profile Setting
2- Click edit on any profile name it T-mobile that will be line No. 1, in No.2 type +12063130004

2-Click on any 1–> click on Edit Profile

9. How download music and ringtones in my phone?
When you want to download musics, you can download the the songs from you computer, and transfer them to your memory card' s "my music" folder, if your memory card has no "my music", you need to creat one. Then you can enter music player to update the palylist and your phone will can paly music.
If you want to download the songs thru your phone, you need to set the internet function in your phone, otherwise you can't get on internet.

10. Why does my phone screen can’t work?(calibrate the screen)
Please enter "setting"-----"Pen calibration", then press the center area of the "x" button which appeas on the screen, when you pressed it one time, the "x" will appear on the other place of the screen, you should press it again, it will last for several times until appearing a successful information.

11.Why does the charger can't work?
Please insert the charger connector into power outlet, if it has light appear, the charger connector is ok, then turn off the phone, and use the usb cable to conncet the phone to your computer, if it can't be charged thru your computer, it just the cable cord broken. Please also make sure that you insert the cable cord correctly, when I ship the phone out, we check it and it can be charged, please check it, then tell me.
You can also buy an universal charger from ebay, the charger can charge the battery directly, just clip the left copper sheet  and right copper sheet , then put the charger on the outlet to charge the battery, it can 100% charge the battery and you can use the both batteries at the same time.

12. How can I set calling ringtone, volume?
calling ringtone:
you need to download the calling ringtone on your computer, then transfer the ringtone to "My Music" folder of the memmory card, if the memory card has no "My Music" folder, you can creat one "My Music" folder in your memory card.
After you transfering the ringtone in "My Music" folder of your memory card, please enter
1. "User profiles - General - customize - tone setup - sim1 incalling call(sim2 incalling2)".
2. slide the button to Select a "empty" ringtone,
3. click the "(empty)" - "replace" - "Memory card" - "My music" - choose the ringtone which you transfered in the "My Music" folder. when it appear "done", the calling ringtone has been set.
If you want to get a ringtone on one web site, you need to set internet function, I have the setting info of at&t and T-moible sim card.
For the volume
Press the valume key(at right sie of the phone) to set or enter "user profiles - General - customize- volume to set.

13. My sim card locked
You only can contact the your sim card carrier to unlock your sim card.

14.set vibration , ring type, power on &off ringtone?
Please enter "User profiles-General-customize-Alert type" to set the vibrate to ring mode. If you want to turn off the power on or power off ringtone, you can enter"User profiles-General-customize-tone set up" to set.

15. When I turn on or turn off the phone, it has so many bells, how can I set them off?
Please enter User Profilers-Gereral/metting....(one of them)-Customize-Tone Setup-power on(power off)-silent. After you set it, when you turn on or turn off the phone, it has no ringtongs.

16. Set wallpaper: "settings - phone setup - Display characteristic –wall paper – User defined" then choose the picture which saved in your memory card.

17. For the greeting image: you need to enter "settings - phone setup - Display characteristic - power on (power off) desplay-User defined", then choose the picture which saved in your memory card.

18. How to play music:
one step:

At first, you need to get TF memory card and insert it into the phone, then enter audio player, press the button which at the upper right corner, it will appear "option", press it, then select "settings" to set music read from "memory card" (the default setting is from phone) and press"ok" to save.

two step:

please creat "my music" folder in your memory card, then copy the music in the "my music" of the memory card, then restart the phone, and enter audio player, it will appear a auto. music list, then you can listen the music.
Notice: this phone only support "MP3" format music

19. why my phone can't show the caller's name when receive a calling?
click "phonebook-copy all- from sim 1(2) to phone" , transfer the contacts to your phone's storage.

20. why the phone saying emergency calling or why my sim card can't be read?
Sounds like either your sim card isnt inserted correctly, or the slots aren't turned on. sim card slot 2 is the slot closest to the phone, gold chip faces up, sim card slot one is slightly elevetaed off the phone, gold chip faces down. make sure it is inserted all the way down. perss fimly. then go to SETTINGS>DUAL SIM SETTINGS>DUAL SIM OPEN>CLICK OK. This opens up both sim card slots. after you find out which slot you are going to use, you can repeat these steps and only have opened the one you are using.

21. Why the phone keeps saying that the time zone has changed?
you can enter "settings- setup - Auto update of date and time" to set it "off".

22. How to connect the bluetooth for this phone and another phone
You can select the menu->Extra->Bluetooth.  enter the bluetooth, you select the "Power" on. turn on the bluetooth.  Then select the "My device"-> "inqury new device". the phone will search the bluetooth device,  Then you will see the devices on the screen. select ans bond it, you will see a input textbox , you input the code "0000". The other phone will pop up a textbox, you input the same code "0000". After this, the two phones bluetooth has been connect.

23. How to restore the phone's setting, what is the password?
The password is "1122", you can enter settings to set it.
