Warranty Policy

All fine diamond, colored gemstone, platinum and gold jewelry purchased from Mr. Jewelstore is warranted for (1) year from the date of purchase. All fine jewelry is genuine, authentic, and of consistent high quality and value.  All gold jewelry is either 10k, 14k, 18k gold, or platinum (PT900 or PT950).  Our warranty covers each item of fine jewelry for defects in manufacturing only (based upon Mr. Jewelstore's inspection and sole determination) and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft.  Center stones are not covered under warranty and should be checked periodically to ensure proper security.  Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Mr. Jewelstore jewelers will void this warranty.

How long after I order will my item be shipped?

All other jewelry and engagement rings will be shipped in 1-10 days, depending on the production schedule of that item.  To find out if your order can be expedited, please call our Customer Service Center at 1-866-467-5393.

What if my jewelry gets lost during shipment?

Mr. Jewel takes every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely. Your order is fully insured during transit, and we require a signature for all packages.

Do you resize rings?
We resize rings and also build as per your custom finger size. If you buy a ring, we will email you after receiving the order to confirm your size. If you do request resizing it can delay delivery for an additional 1-2 days.

Where do your diamonds come from and are they conflict free?
All our diamonds have been purchased from legitimate sources, conflict-free and in compliance with United Nations resolutions. We hereby guarantee that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal guarantees given to us and by thorough inspection.

Why are your prices so low?
We are a direct diamond cutting and distribution company.  We buy our own base materials and build it in our factory. The prices we offer are the prices that we would normally sell to other wholesalers or jewelry stores.  Typically, by the time the end consumer buys a product it usually passes through multiple middlemen thereby increasing the cost anywhere from 200%-300%.  We cut that middleman out and provide the savings directly to you here on eBay!

Do you have an upgrade policy?

Yes. Any diamond can be exchanged for 100% credit towards a new purchase valued at least 2x the original amount. The diamond being upgraded must be in original condition and accompanied by original laboratory grading document.

Can you engrave my ring?

Yes! We'd be happy to personalize your ring. The cost is only $3 per character.

What are your business hours?

We are open Monday - Thursday 10AM-6PM EST.  Fridays we are open in the winter months from 10AM-1PM and in the summer months from 10AM-5PM.  We are closed on Saturdays & Sundays but respond to all emails sent over the weekends...what can we say other than we love catering to our clients needs!  Simply send us an email over the weekend and you'll get a response.
