 I LOVE this book - I've made great bread, pizza crust, and crackers from these recipes, and hope to make many more of the recipes.  It includes chapters on breakfasts; quick breads, muffins, coffeecakes, biscuits, and scones; crisps, cobblers and puddings; flatbreads and crackers; yeast breads; sourdough; cookies and bars; cakes; pie and quiche; pastry; and a guide to whole grains.  The only reason that I'm selling this is because I was given a second copy as a gift (I'm selling the brand new one).
