Purchase/Bidding agreement
By bidding on any auctions from Dopestskins, you (the customer/ebayer) are 100% agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below. Please fully read before bidding. No exceptions once you have placed a bid on our auctions.
Please be aware that we will not accept any CC payments where the Shipping address and Billing address do not match. We will not accept addresses changes once credit card payment has been accepted. We are sorry for inconvenience but must protect our customers and us against the fraudulent people trying to steal identities.

Games/Consoles
All new games and game consoles are NON-REFUNDABLE once they are opened and we will not be able to exchange them. All games sold under the condition of "used" or "as is" are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No exceptions, sorry.

Skin Decals
When purchasing a skin decal auction with the option to choose a design, please state your preference in the payment note or through the ask seller a question page from the auction site. Your order will not ship if you do not specify your design of choice. For all hardware or peripherals that are featured and pictured in the skin decal auctions, you will ONLY be shipped the skin decal(s). The hardware or peripherals are pictured just for your application reference.

Local Pick-ups
For the safety of our team members and Dopestskins, we currently do not allow any local pickups. Sorry about that, but safety comes first.

• When purchasing a skin decal auction with the option to choose a design, please state your preference in the payment note or through the ask seller a question page from the auction site. Your order will not ship if you do not specify your design of choice. For all hardware or peripherals that are featured and pictured in the skin decal auctions, you will ONLY be shipped the skin decal(s). The hardware or peripherals are pictured just for your application reference.

• Upon winning an auction, an email with checkout instructions will be sent to your eBay registered email address. You MUST complete the order through our Channel Advisor checkout system.
• We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover
• When checking out through the Channel Advisor checkout, you NOW can pay via credit card direct and do not have to pay directly by paypal!
• If paying by Paypal Echeck, please allow 7-10 days for clearance. Paypal Echeck payments will not be shipped until cleared. We DO NOT accept checks
• Payments are expected within 72 hours (3 days) after the last winning auction is closed. Unpaid item and Non-paying bidder alert complaint will be filed with Ebay upon non-receipt of payment.
• If you are bidding on more than one item, please wait for all auctions to end. Perform ONE Checkout after you receive the final email. Once completed checkout, you will not be eligible to discount or combine further auctions.
• California State law requires 9.25% sales tax on all orders made within California
Please use the Channel Advisor Checkout! We cannot accept payments through paypal directly. All payments will need to be sent through the Channel Advisor Checkout
• We accept payments from U.S. registered eBay users only. We ship only within the u.s. for the moment.

• DopestSkins offers a 30 Day Return Policy. We want our valued buyers to be 110% satisfied, however, certain rules apply to the return policy. The Guarantee does not apply to incompatible or misunderstood ads. DopestSkins reserves the right to determine an exchange or refund for every transaction.
• If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange for your product minus return the shipping & handling charges within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact rma@dopestskins.com for a return RMA #
• In order to make an exchange or refund, we need the transaction records of the purchase, an RMA # and you must include the original packaging/retail box and all contents provided
• Opened software, music, games, and movies are not eligible for returns.
• Please allow up to 12 business days for returns to be processed.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• All unauthorized returns will not be accepted!
• Skin Decal must be in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, please package the decal carefully so we may inspect any defects or issues with the product
