Here is something you don't see everyday:
A VERY-WELL-PRESERVED set of numbered glass tumblers with the following characteristics:
- The owner indicates he bought them in the early 60's in Jamaica, so they are almost 50 years old
- Finished with a gold rim
- They are seven in the set
- Heavy, thick glass
- Measure 3" 1/4 high X 3" 1/4 in diameter
- They hold 8 fl. oz. to the rim
- Each glass has a number from 1 to 8 (number 5 IS MISSING) in gold, framed by a cobalt blue oval and gold frame, and on the sides of the numbers an elegant gold design with a fine line of blue background (the blue background can be seen better from the inside of the glass)
- Most of the tumblers have the gold rim intact (number 6, 7, and 8 are the most worn)
- No chips or cracks
- Use them for parties and your guests won't be wondering which tumbler is theirs !
