ITEM HISTORY: The various craft items, sponges, videos, books, lights, stars, bisque and decals come from my mothers enormous craft collection. Due to age and failing health she is no longer able to complete her projects so its time to part with them.
TERMS OF SALE
PAYMENT: Payment is due within 6 days of auction end or purchase thru Pay Pal unless otherwise noted. Delivery or pick up items are COD. All sales go through eBay.
SHIPPING: At our discretion we combine shipping within a 3 day period when we can pack items of the same together and are paid for on a single invoice. Please request adjusted invoice prior to making payment. We reserve the right to combine items shipping to same address regardless.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Most items arrive in about 14 - 21 days however we've had some get held up in customs and not arrive until 30+ days after shipment. Please be patient.
RETURN POLICY: Please view each photo and read description carefully. I will accept a return only if the item is not as described and returned in the same condition as was shipped. I will refund the purchase price, less shipping and handling after we receive the returned item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges shipped with a confirmation tracking number to protect both buyer and seller.
FEEDBACK: When your package arrives as a courtesy please return to eBay and leave feedback for us so we know you received it and we will close out the shipping ticket and if we haven't already, leave feedback for you. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us prior to leaving feedback.
