THIS COLORFUL FLAT HANGING DECORATIONS MADE OF TEXTURED BITS OF PLASTIC MELTED TOGETHER - POPULAR FOR HOLIDAYS IN THE 1970'S.   IT IS 25 1/2" TALL X 19 1/2" WIDE MULTI-COLOR WITCH ON A BROOM. THIS WITCH IS  CLEAN WITH BRIGHT COLORS. IT HAS A HOLE TO HANG ON A NAIL OR BUT A STRING THRU TO HANG.  DISPLAY WITH OTHER HOLIDAY COLLECTIBLES TO DELIGHT THE LITTLE ONES ! MARKED ON THE BACK~MADE IN AMERICA WITH PRIDE.
