Movie description
Nickelodeon launches a spinoff of the hugely popular RUGRATS phenomenon with the animated series ALL GROWN UP. Tommy, Chuckie, and twins Phil and Lil are now in their pre-teens and dealing with all sorts of teenage problems from popularity to pimples to parents.
