This comes in two pieces.
A bottom and a lid (see picture).
 
It doesn't say Hershey's on it,
but it was given to me new many years ago
sealed with Hershey's kisses in it.
So now, this is just a plain glass candy dish in the shape of a Hershey's Kiss.

Not new, but looks new.

Never been used after the original candy that was in it.
