Insurance is optional, but is highly suggested as I will not be held responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit. Once the package leaves my hands, I have no control over how it is handled by either Fed Ex or The United States Postal Service. If merchandise contained in the package is fragile I indicate that on the outside of the box. There will be no returns or refunds for damaged or lost packages. That is what insurance is for. I accept PayPal for payments. E-check payments are preferred. Payment is respectfully requested within seven days of the auctions closing date. If you are bidding on multiple auctions, please do not pay until all auctions are over. I will then send you an invoice for all auctions and you will make just one payment. I reserve the right to re-list the item, and file a non-paying bidder dispute, if the payment isn't received within my preferred time frame. Exceptions will be made, if you let me know ahead of time that your payment might take longer.

I only ship to the US, UK and Canada. Please do not ask me to ship outside of these areas. Computer parts will not be shipped overseas or outside of the US under any circumstance, please do not ask me to do so. Shipping and handling charges to HAWAII, ALASKA, GUAM, CANADA, PUERTO RICO, or anywhere else outside of the lower 48 states will be HIGHER, so please CONTACT ME for a shipping price before you bid. Free shipping does not apply to areas outside of the lower 48 states. All items will be shipped by either US mail or Fed Ex, depending on their size. If you need a faster shipping method than the one listed, please let me know before you bid. I recommend shipping insurance, I am not responsible for packages being damaged during shipment. You will not receive a refund or be able to return an item damaged or lost during shipment. Your package will be shipped out within three working days after your payment has cleared. I do not ship on weekends. The shipping and handling rates may seem high, but please take into consideration the increased fuel rates which all carriers are passing on to us.

There are no returns or refunds on any items, except for computer parts. I will accept returns on computer parts, if the item is DOA. They must be returned within seven days. Keep in mind that I do record all serial numbers of the parts I ship out. I have described this item as accurately as I can, and you do have the option of asking questions before you bid. There will be no returns or refunds for buyer remorse. Please do not bid if you don't want the item, or if you can't pay for it.

With ebay's new star rating system, they expect sellers to maintain a 4.8 average, if your average is lower than that, they make you pay higher fees.
