It is our policy to send customers with warranty claims first to the manufacturer in order to receive a refund or replacement product. 95% of the time, the manufacturer addressed the problem; however, if for some reason they do no, we will be more than happy to furnish you with a replacement product or refund (minus shipping)

Items Lost in the Mail
- If the merchandise was shipped to a confirmed address in Paypal at the time of the payment, it is covered under our insurance policy, therefore, we will be more than willing to do one of the following: 1. Refund your money to the original payment source; 2. Send a replacement product.
- If the merchandise was sent to an unconfirmed Paypal address at the time of the payment, it is not covered under our insurance policy, therefore, we cannot be liable to compensate you for the lost merchandise.

If your product does not arrive within the time frame already established (USA 10 business days; International 20 business days), we will either refund your money or send you a replacement product.
