This is brand new, unassambled. It came from the Little Cottage Co.) Original price is $5700

It has been taken off of the original pallet for storage but has never been assembled. I'm not able to ship it. It's available for local pickup in Cedar Falls, Iowa only. It's very big. I can help load, but don't have a trailer to haul it, so you'll need to bring something. Please contact me if you've got any questions.

Because of the amount, and this item being local pickup, I am not able to accept PayPal as payment.
