• Due to the fact that we are an auction site, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• We accept exchanges on all unused items within 7 days of the end of the auction.
• All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which you must contact us before anything is sent back to us - No Exceptions. Please contact rma@greathockeydeals.com to obtain a RMA Number. RMA # must be clearly shown on the outside of the package upon return.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping fees both ways on returns and is responsible for all duties or other fees.

• Payment is due within 3 days after the auction ends. If the payment is not received within the 3 days limit your item will be relisted we will file a non-paying bidder report with Ebay and negative feedback will be left.
