For $67.00, we can size a unit for you for a 2,000 square foot house or smaller. For larger homes, businesses, etc., we can figure a price for sizing. See our Consulting listing for more information. (If you purchase a unit from us, we will deduct the $67.00 from the price of the unit.) Proper sizing of a geothermal heat pump is extremely important for efficient operation and saving the most money possible on your energy bills. Do not use over sized equipment.

This unit has been tested and works great!
It is very important to size a geothermal heat pump system correctly. We can size the different components (geothermal heat pump, loop, pumps, duct work) for you (see our listings for more information). If your ductwork is too small it will need to be resized. You will not be able to get the best performance if it the ductwork is too small. If it is too small by
more then 20 % it could cause the unit to operate out of range, and cause harm to the geothermal’s compressor.
Included in the price of our units:
We will set up the controls for an open loop system.
We will supply installation and operation manuals.
We will give you parts lists and installation manuals for an open loop system.
We will supply all wiring schematics.
We will give installation support via email and or phone.
We will give support on day of start up so operation and performance can be checked.

We are offering a one- year warranty with this unit.
One-year warranty, from date of purchase. If you should decide that you do not want the geothermal heat pump within the one year warranty period you may return it by prepaid shipping to our place of business or another pre-approved location for a refund of the purchase price less the $500.00 for the warranty and one percent per month starting on the second month and the amount of the original shipping. All of the original parts must be with the unit unless you have pre-written approval from Jenac Enterprises, LLC, to change any part or parts that were originally included with the sale of this unit. There must not be any intentional damage to the geothermal heat pump unit, but the unit may be returned for damage due to failure from manufacture defects and workmanship, or if you do not want the geothermal heat pump. |
