This means that the shipping fee will be the displaced amount for US State Residents. Insurance: Insurance is included for all shipments. If you choose to refuse an item due to damage, only refuse the damaged item. Refusing the full shipment can expose your other furniture to damage on the return trip. Return Policy: There is a 7 day guarantee on all purchases. If within 7 days of receipt of your furniture you decide it does not suit your needs, contact our store for return merchandise authorization.
