I now have 8 negative feedback ratings. 7 from one customer who claimed they did not receive their items. Tracking showed they did. I even sent replacement items and still negative feedback left. Nasty customer. Tracking shows both shipments were delivered. Then recently I sent a package to China. Customer said “package was torn open and nothing inside” But they left ME the negative feedback. I am a VERY honest person and do things to the best of my ability. I make mistakes but I do correct them if given the chance. Again, I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
