Warranty is as follows:
This item is covered only by the manufacturer's warranty. Pyle, Pyramid, Lanzar, Pyle Pro, Blitz Audio, and Legacy items may only be returned for defects within 15 days of shipment. After this 15 day period, the manufacturer can be contacted for warranty information. We are an Authorized Dealer. They will be glad to help you any way they can. Items broken by customer due to negligence, abuse, intentional misuse, etc., are not eligible for warranty coverage by Papa Hugo's Attic. Customer must contact us within 3 Days of receipt for an RGA(Return Goods Authorization) Number at ebaysales@papahugosattic.com if item is received broken or not working. An RGA # must accompany all returns. Returns must be in the form of an insured, prepaid shipment. COD packages will be declined. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Packages lost in the return process are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note: You have 3 days after the delivery date to notify us of shipping damage. If your package arrives with shipping damage DO NOT ACCEPT IT.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If original buyer is dissatisfied with his/her purchase, he/she may return the item for a refund of sale price minus a 20% stocking/handling fee after requesting, and receiving an RGA(Return Goods Authorization) Number. Requests to return any item must be made within 10 days of receipt to ebaysales@papahugosattic.com.
We ask that returned products be in new condition, or for used items, in the condition in which they were described, with original packaging and materials. A receipt, and RGA # must accompany all returns. Any item not returned in new condition, or in the condition in which it was described, will not be eligible for a refund.
