Items are from a smoke free home and are stored in plastic containers until shipment. My goal is always 100% customer satisfaction. Please email me if you have questions regarding the item.

Returns are usually accepted as long as the item is in the same condition it was sent in (not washed and tags still in tact). Shipping cost for returns is your responsibility.

Positive feedback will be left once I have received positive feedback from you that everything arrived safely and in the condition advertised.

Payment is due within five days unless we've discussed other arrangements. (I am usually very flexible!)

IN THE US:  Items under 14 ounces are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (2-6 days). Items over 14 ounces are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) to arrive. I will DEFINITELY combine shipping on multiple purchases when paid for at one time.  Each additional item purchased is $2.00 or $2.50 more in shipping, depending on weight. Additional shipping discounts may be granted if three or more auctions are won.

Shipping INTERNATIONALLY: Items are shipped via U.S. Postal Airmail, which typically takes 5-10 days. Items to Canada have been known to take 5-20 days in some cases.
CUSTOMS FORMS will be filled out appropriately and you may have to pay a customs/import tax when your item arrives . Please do not ask me to mark the item as a gift as it is illegal in the US.

Insurance of $2 is required for international packages valued $40 or more.  Insurance also required for all packages to Italy and Greece.
