Payment/Shipping policy

• Please make sure the shipping information provided by Paypal is right. It will be the shipping address.
• We will send LCD out ASAP. You will get the EMS tracking number first for parcel tracking from your Paypal e-mail then receive your LCD about 5-11 workdays.
• Please trace your parcel to avoid the postman leave a notice but you don't know.
• We'll pack it well and securely to protect the item while its in transport.
• The parcel should be gotten under DUTY-FREE. However any import taxes, duties or VAT that may be imposed by the destination country is buyer responsibility.
• If your payment is eCheck and status is Uncleared. We'll hold the shipment until the the payment is completed.
• By purchasing an item, you are agreeing to our terms. Please DO NOT bid or buy if our terms are not suitable for your needs.

Return/Exchange policy

• We guarantee the LCD is new and workable. And glad to assist you to install it but any damage during the LCD installation is your responsibility.
• INSURANCE IS INCLUDED. If you received the parcel is damage or loss caused by the post office. Please ask your local post office return the items with the original packaging immediately. Then e-mail us about the damage conditions. We'll resend a same items for you. Buyers must report to us within 7 days for DOA or shipping damage issues. 
• Return item must be in same condition with all original materials/packinging. We must received return items within 14 days of the day you received the item. Otherwise, no refund/exchange will be given. All returned item must keep in new condition, if used will charge 20% restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for the return-shipping charges.
• Dead pixel policy in accordance with the ISO 13406-2 norm.  
• We always leave Positive Feedback to our valued customers upon completion of the deals. If the customer prefers leaving us Negative Feedback as a mean to settle the case, we will take that as the final settlement and no further replacement will be offered.  We strongly recommend communications in advance rather than leaving negative feedbacks directly.
