SHIPPING

Domestic shipping: Your item will ship using US Postal Service First Class Mail^® within two business days (business days are Monday - Friday) upon clearance of  payment or clearance of  eCheck funds.

 International shipping: Please contact us for shipping quotes PRIOR to bidding if you are outside of the US. International buyers will be responsible for duties and any customs fees. The Customs Declaration Form will be filled out correctly with a value associated to the item. 

Expedited shipping: If you want to use the any of the expedited shipping methods shown above please contact us PRIOR to bidding.

TERMS OF SALE

We want happy and satisfied customers and it is in our best interest that you are completely satisfied with your item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days (the 14 days start on the day you receive the item) to return the unused and unopened item for a refund. We will refund using the same method that you used for payment.

Please contact us PRIOR to returning an item so we may issue a Return Authorization #.

We do not accept International requests for returns.

An item returned that is not associated with seller fault will incur a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays for  return shipping.

An item returned that is not associated with buyer fault will be refunded in full. Seller will pay for US Postal Service First Class Mail® shipping costs. The refund amount will be the amount paid on the final invoice along with proven shipping costs.
