Video Professor Tutorials General Description:

The Video Professor Tutorials are a great way to learn visually. They are three CD sets that teach a specific software title (or other computer related skill). The lessons usually begin out at a beginner's level and gradually move on to more advanced subjects as the CD's progress. The lessons are generally about 10 to 20 minutes with several lessons on each CD. In addition, you do not have to watch the lessons in any particular order. You can easily skip lessons or watch the same lesson multiple times.

The lessons appear in a small Window on your desktop and you watch a short animated video that teaches you a specific program skill. Thus, you can work along on the actual program while you watch. There is also a pause button, and you also can easily jump back and forth to specific parts of a lesson. Although, you can work along as you watch, you do not even need the actual program installed on your computer to use these tutorials. So for example, say you are learning Microsoft Word for work but you do not have it on your home computer. You can watch the video at home and then go into work the next day to use your new skills. This visual learning method helps clarify details and accelerates learning for many people.

Also you do not need a Registration Key, etc. to use these CD's. So even if you buy a used title, you will be able to use it freely. However, these CD's do have a type of copy protection on them so that they can not be duplicated. So although you can not copy them and share them with an interested friend, you can be assured that you are getting an official Video Professor title.

According to the Video Professor website, the CD's will work on any PC computer with Windows 95 and higher and a CD or DVD drive.

Shipping:

• Up to three of the Video Professor boxed sets can be shipped for $3. (The shipping cost will be the same for one or two tiles also.) However, due to USPS First Class weight restrictions, only two of the boxes can be sent if three of the boxed sets are purchased for this price. (All of the CD's will be sent of course.) If you would like all three boxes (or more), you will be charged $3 for every 2 titles.

• Combined shipping rates will also be given for the newer titles in the Folder Format but you will need to wait for the titles to be packed to calculate the postage.

• You can either pay the full price for shipping and the difference will be refunded to you (through PayPal). Or you can wait to pay until an invoice is sent for the correct amount.

• Brother's may or may not ship out of the United States. Please ask before purchase. The shipping price will differ from the US domestic rates given above.

Returns:

• Returns will be accepted on most items as long as they are returned in working order and in the same cosmetic condition that they were shipped in.

• Any returns must include all auction contents. A refund will be issued once the item is returned and it is verified to be in working condition with all original auction contents.

• S&H will not be refunded when an item is incompatible with your computer. Please make sure before purchase. You can also ask Brother's about compatibility issues.

• Returns will not be accepted on sealed items in general unless the item is still sealed when returned. Sealed items remain under the original Manufacturer's Warranty. Any returns or refunds due to product defect must go through the manufacturer. Returns might be accepted on sealed Video Professor titles if a very good reason is given and if they are returned in new condition.
