I do my best to cover in the description the points that I would consider
important  if I were buying the same item.
IF THERE IS SOMETHING IMPORTANT TO YOU ABOUT THE ITEM THAT I DID NOT COVER IN THE LISTING, PLEASE CONTACT ME AND ASK BEFORE BIDDING.
Contact me via the EBAY message center. That is the safest way to communicate to avoid phishing and spamming. I answer every enquiry within 24 hours, usually 7 days a week.
•      RETURNS. I accept returns following polices below:
1.    I must be informed of buyer’s intention to return item within 3 days from receipt of item, the shippers’ tracking information will be used to determine the actual date of delivery, there-fore I suggest that you inspect your purchase IMMEDIATELY upon delivery. After that, returns are accepted contingent upon mutual agreement via friendly, open contact and communication.
2.    I offer full 100% refund (item price + shipping) if my description of the item is obviously mistaken. (example: item described as “like new” when in actual fact there are obvious signs of wear and tear ). Please note: that I video tape each item as I am packaging it, so any mistake will be a rare occasion BUT should a mistake occur, please be assured it would have been due to an honest mistake. I would never knowingly mislead my buyers.
3.    Returns for other reasons. I refund the item price less shipping and insurance cost (going and return) Item must be returned in exactly the same condition and packaging (where practical) as when it was shipped. Occasionally, certain items will be sold on an AS-IS basis, which in most cases means that I do not offer a refund for that item (most DVD’s are sold this way because some dis-honest buyers have taken delivery of the DVD, burned a copy of it for themselves, and returned the original for a refund) SO I ASK THAT YOU BE SURE OF YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE BIDDING.
4.    Damage Item. In the rare event that item reaches you in a damaged condition, please keep damaged item, and ALL the packaging in the same condition as when you receive them. Please contact me immediately. Please use the EBAY message center to send the message. I will then discuss the matter with the carrier. The carrier will usually investigate the validity of the claim. Depending on the value of the item, the carrier or I will ask for the item to be shipped back to me.  ITEM MUST BE EXACTLY THE SAME ITEM THAT I SHIPPED TO YOU.
5.    Lost item. Although a rare occurrence, please inform me if you do not receive the item within the latest estimated time period. Usually, if we place a tracer on the item, the item is found and delivered to you.
6.    Return of item under “combined shipping”. If any of the items is returned under a combined shipping arrangement, the original individual ship rates apply to all items and shall be deducted from the refundable amount. Further, all other polices apply, specifically # 3 above.
7.    Return of item under “Free shipping”. If any item, under “Free Shipping” is returned for reasons other than that I made an obvious mistake in item description, then, the return shipping cost, is charged/deducted from the refundable amount. Item must be returned to us in exactly the same condition as when it was shipped.
