DUTCH AUCTION or FIXED PRICE Multiple Item CONDITION: I am selling items from an old toy distributor warehouse. I am selling in many cases MULTIPLES of the same item in a single listing (in auction format, EBAY calls this a Dutch Auction, read rules below). Since we are dealing with VINTAGE items, not every item will have the EXACT condition flaws (if any) as the one pictured. However, the general overall condition of all items in the same auction will be the same. If I grade items in the auction EXCELLENT, then any item you will receive from that auction will be in EXCELLENT condition although it may not match exactly condition-wise with the one shown in the photo. In short, you will receive an EXCELLENT example of what is shown in the photo. If you cannot accept the way I am doing this, please do not bid. I am a careful and meticulous grader.
PLEASE NOTE-following info applies to DUTCH AUCTIONS ONLY(a Dutch auction is when I am selling IN AUCTION FORMAT multiples of the same item: quantity=2 or more):

PLEASE do not use EBAY request total. I normally invoice within 24 hours. I accept PAYPAL and VISA/MASTERCARD credit cards (through my own credit card processor on $100+ orders only please). You can email, fax or call in your credit card info. Illinois residents add 7.25% sales tax. I usually try to invoice you through the EBAY system BUT sometimes I need to invoice you directly to your personal email address SO adjust your email or SPAM settings accordingly please.
PAYMENT-FOREIGN ORDERS ($110+ see below PAYPAL E-CHECK info)

PAYPAL payments over $175 (USA buyers) and $110 (foreign buyers)
If you win an item (or items) totaling over $175 (USA buyers) or $110 (foreign buyers) on EBAY, PLEASE consider using the E-CHECK method of paying as it saves me being charged fees over $5 for a single transaction. For example, a $500 order paid through PAYPAL will cost me about $16. But an E-CHECK has a maximum fee of $5.....even if the order is for $4500 ! The E-CHECK takes 2-4 days to clear in the USA, a little longer for foreign. If needed, I can explain to you how to pay with the PAYPAL E-CHECK. An E-CHECK cannot be paid with a credit card, only a bank account.

As a rule, unless item is fairly small, light, and cheap, minimum shipping and insurance is $8.50 in the USA. It is very rare that an item can be shipped for under $5.00 in the USA.
I will try to be flexible (within reason) regarding shipping method BUT generally, I ship items INSURED
- a) under $300 with the Post Office via Priority Mail
- b) $300-1000 within the USA via UPS (insured) only. So, PLEASE DO NOT BID unless you can provide a street address for UPS or have made arrangements with me otherwise BEFORE the auction!
- c) over $1000 to $25,000 with Post Office Registered Mail (insured)
SHIPPING-FOREIGN
Here are sample foreign postage rates (does NOT include insurance) to the following countries:
Australia, Brazil, Europe, Japan, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, UK:
1 pound box- $11, 2 pound box-$17, 3 pound box-$24
Canada:
1 pound box- $6, 2 pound box-$10, 3 pound box-$14

INSURANCE-
I have an insurance policy with Collectibles Insurance Services, Hunt Valley, MD which covers my insurance on outgoing packages so you might, in some cases, see no evidence of insurance (tags, bar code stickers, shipping cost, etc) on the actual shipping box even though you paid me for insurance. That's because you are paying for MY insurance, not the US Post Office's.

1-non-paying bidders who retaliated for me giving them a negative first
2-sellers who RETALIATED after I left them a negative (for selling me a bad item or giving extremely poor service)

5-people who do not READ the description or terms of my auctions

HOW I HANDLE FEEDBACK
If I am the seller, I give feedback AFTER the buyer does. Why? When the buyer leaves me positive feedback, it indicates they are satisfied and the deal is completed. I ALWAYS give return feedback in such cases. If I am the buyer, I leave feedback first and hope you will do the same. I do not beg, pester or threaten people over feedback and would appreciate the same from you.
