This kite is new with no damage of any kind. I did manage to some how misplace the 2 stand-offs.  It has never been flown.  They retailed for $320.00 new from PBSK. I am asking $189.95 plus shipping. That is $130.00 off of the suggested retail price.  You can replace the stand-offs for under $10.00.  Do the work and save yourself $120.00 on a new kite.  NO LINES OR HANDLES INCLUDED.  I will ship outside of the USA if buyer pays actual shipping costs.
