It was opened, at least you see what you get, comic book mint, the item is very clean and all as shown in photos above, excellent to mint as a whole in my opinion.

I will discount shipping cost for multiple item purchases, must be within five (5) days of first item won, if not, separate shipping will apply unless otherwise agreed too in advance and must be in writing. I normally ship same day but always state (2) business days of cleared payment just in case I get backed up, I am an individual not a company.

Click on eBay shipping cost and select your country for shipping cost, for non-paypal users I ship by First Class International Mail using the United States Postal Service (USPS) this method of shipping has no tracking or insurance options available and the weight must be under four pounds (4 lb.), to be able to ship this way, it is the least expensive way to ship a package out of our country to yours. I do provide a custom's form number with every package I send. I do combine shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL PAYPAL USERS MUST USE USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL shipping with full tracking and insurance. I do not make money off of shipping, I even pass along my online 5% discount. Buyer is responsible for any excise tax charged by its own country upon delivery, NO exceptions.

Return Policy

Three 3 days of receipt of merchandise to notify Seller of dissatisfaction, it must be for an undisclosed reason and/or not seen in many photos above. The item must be returned within 7 calendar days of complaint. No returns on factory sealed collector items in factory sealed box or on sealed on card. At Sellers sole option and discretion decides to accept a return, the item must be in the same condition as received and be in the conditions as the photos above or the damaged difference will be charged, at seller sole option and discretion decides to allow a return under these conditions a restock fee of 15% will be charged, the buyer may not leave negative feed back and buyer pays for return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charged is never returned.
