I buy a lot of laptops on eBay. They Don't come with an operating system, so knowing how to boot easily with no floppy drive present and installing your licensed version of MS Windows .
If you have a floppy drive I also provide a file on the cd to make a floppy disk.
If you're having trouble trying to install an operating system on a laptop, then this CD is your answer.
This CD is designed to do just that! The process is easy and painless, even for the beginner.
Insert the CD, start the laptop, and it will boot to an r:\> or a:/> prompt.
Normally you would need both a floppy drive (with boot disk) and CD-ROM drive running at the same time in order for the system to recognize the CD-ROM drive so you can install an operating system.
With this CD, you don't need a floppy drive. The device drivers for the CD_ROM drive will load automatically. Just replace the CD with your Windows CD and you can install it without any problems. Then you can load the other drivers needed.

This is a CD I make on my computer. All the software on this CD can be downloaded from the internet as I did. What you are paying for is the assembly of software and instructions to get you laptop up and running as it was intended.
