What you need to know: This auction is for 20 Thank You cards sizes available include 4.25 x 5.50 folded (5x7 and other sizes available...email for a quote), ALL COME WITH ENVELOPES. I am currently running a special that will give you 5 Free matching Thank You cards and envelopes with this order (only 5 free cards per person - additional free Thank You cards may be given with orders of 100 or more) You can choose the colors, fonts, and any special text if you would prefer. The cards listed are samples, however if you like one of the samples shown, you may choose one of them or we will custom make a new design for you at no additional cost. Your Thank You Cards: Each card is designed with your specifications and can be modified in any way for any of your needs to include colors, fonts, layout, wording, etc. Anything else you may need are also available at a reduced rate if you order a complete package. Email me for details. Paper: All Thank You cards are printed on Photo Matte paper. Other options are available upon request and depending on your design :) Pictures: Card Creations by Charlotte assumes that you have obtained copyright clearance/privileges for any and all pictures you provide for use on your announcements. By placing your bid you agree to not hold Card Creations_byCharlotte responsible for any copyright infringement violations. When can I expect my order: Work begins on announcements immediately. After you send me all of the needed information and pictures, a proof will be emailed to you within 2 business days. You can expect to receive your completed order within 5-7days after approving your final proof and payment has cleared. I will not print anything until you are pleased. Shipping: I will ship anywhere in the United States and Canada (orders from Canada, please call for a shipping quote before ordering. Thank You). Unlimited Proofs: Order with confidence with Card Creations. Throughout the entire process you will receive unlimited proofs. I will not print anything that you are not happy with. We encourage final copy proofs be mailed out, no charge to you, for your final approval. Reprints are only allowed if there is an error on our part or during printing. Return Policy: We want your invitations to be everything that you envision and we take pride in our client satisfaction rating. Due to the customized nature of your purchase, we do not take returns or give refunds on custom printed orders. However, if we make a mistake on your order we will rush out a new order with the correction at no additional charge to you. IF you provided us with incorrect information or you are not happy with the photo or quality of photo that was sent to us we will be more than happy to work with you and correct the problem and give you a 25% discount. Final proofs delivered via USPS are always encouraged and are FREE OF CHARGE. All monitors are not the same, we cannot guarantee that what you see on your monitor settings will be the same as what the printed material will be. Colors may vary depending on your monitor settings. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of receiving your final proof in the mail free of charge.
