Our garments are 98% Overstock/Shelf Pulls and will be listed as NWT. 2% may be customer returns, all with tags as well and will be listed as NWT. These clothes have been in the retail environment and while they are new, they have possibly been handled by customers. There is a small chance they might have minor conditions such as small seam separation, surface dirt/makeup that will come out when washed or dry cleaned. We do our best to make any notes. Your complete satisfaction is our #1 Goal. Very small snags or loose beads are some type of condition we may find that will be noted and these items will be advertised as NWT and we will not accept returns for those minor things.

Color and Material Discrepancies: We take care to list the materials of every item. Each garment is photographed by us and you are bidding on that exact item. Colors may vary depending on your monitor. We use professional equipment to best capture true colors, but again every monitor and eye sees colors differently. Part of the Ebay shopping experience is the great savings on brand new items, but without the ability to see, touch, feel or try on the item before purchasing.

Tag Size Discrepancy: We take great care while measuring each item for you. All measurements are taken with the garment lying naturally on a flat surface without stretching or pulling the fabric unless otherwise noted. We clearly state the exact measurements of the item in every listing.....and the exact measurements are what you need to go by. Some fabrics have a lot of stretch, so please consider the fabric content as well as the measurements. Tag sizes vary drastically from designer to designer and thus are highly unreliable!
