                                                                             SHIPPING POLICY

We ship daily with delivery confirmation that can be tracked from the auction page order details link.  We sometimes, but not always, ship on weekends, so if you pay on Friday night, it may or may not go out until Monday. 

Please note that shipping times depend on the United States Postal Service and are not controlled by us.  We do our best to ship your item within 24 hours of receiving payment but we cannot control how long it takes to get to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is done via express mail or global priority (not the flat rate envelope) this is because paypal requires that items be shipped with a tracking number.  Up to 6 games can be shipped for the same shipping cost.  After that it is $3 more per game.  Unfortunately this is expensive but the cheapest way to get a tracking number.

                                                                             RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on all our items postmarked within 3 days of receipt of the item.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping as per Paypals policy, however if the item is significantly not as described, we will pay the return shipping.  We do not do refunds, but will give you an exchange for the exact same item.  Only if we do not have or are unable to locate another of the same item will a refund be issued.

We leave feedback once the item has been received and you have notified us that you are happy with the item.  To us, the transaction is not over until you are happy with your purchase and leave feedback saying so.  If you are unhappy for any reason, please email us prior to leaving feedback as we cannot fix a problem that we are unaware of.  We strive for 100% positive feedback and 5 stars on the detailed seller ratings for each and every transaction.  Good communication is the key to that, so let us know if you have a problem.
