Born at Upton Park, Essex, Died in Nice France 1950

Studied art at the Slade School 1906-1911

Early Work Painted in Epping Forest and the Lake District

Later worked in France, Italy and Holland, and Widely in Essex

Offical War Artist in the 1914-1918 War
