Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable. A 20% restocking service fee is deducted from all returns ($5 for items under $25). We only accept returns for 7 days after delivery to you, provable by delivery confirmation provided to you for free on every package we ship. Items received after 7 days will incur a 50% restocking fee and we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of a return if received significantly after 7 days. Concerned about mail delays on the part of the post office? As long as your return is postmarked within 3 days of delivery to you we will consider it received in the 7 day time period.
