Homer's Music is Nebraska's largest and oldest independent record store. Meeting your music needs since 1971, Homer's Music is committed to providing our customers with superior selection and superior service. All of our cd's (DVD) are checked for any visible scratches that may effect play.We list all of our items as in good condition which means they may have some visible scrapes that should not effect play.The majority of our cds (DVD) that are listed are actually in like new condition, containing all liner notes and booklets in their original jewel case. We would rather under promise on condition. Because these are used cd's and due to the volume we receive daily we can not check each item by playing it in a cd player. These are used cds (DVD) unless specified. If it does we will do what ever we can to resolve the situation.

Payment

Homer's accepts only PayPal for all eBay orders.

Shipping

International shipping prices are listed in the Shipping and Payment tab. Because items may ship from several different locations, Homer's can not combine shipping for multiple items. Our items ship bulk through Ups and then are sent to the US post office for delivery. This could add a few more days to your arrival time. All items ship via first class which the post office allows 7 to 10 days for delivery. In rare cases delivery could take up to 21 days.

Returns

Homer's Music will work with Buyers to ensure customer satisfaction. Buyer agrees to notify Homer's Music of any problems with the transaction within 14 days of shipment notification. Homer's Music is not responsible for items lost, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses. Homer's Music is not responsible for damage incurred by the U S Postal service in transit. Please contact Homer's Music through the methods available within Ebay if there are problems. We will work with you within reason to ensure satisfaction.
