Condition of Item
Never used or played with, all shown in photos,
very beautiful set. I see no major flaws, just one 1/4" inch crease in left side panel barely noticeable and
some minor bows in bottom box inward and window came unsealed from bottom part of box, no tears or anything though,
still bright and beautiful. Again all as shown in many photos above.

that is it, you get nothing more with this type of shipping. I retain a receipt that states the Country, Weight,
Date, Time and US Customs number on receipt, again that is all the information you get with this low grade type
of shipping, if your package does not arrive or arrives damaged this is your responsibility NOT the Seller's responsibility

Return Policy
You have three 3 calendar days of receipt of merchandise to notify
Seller in writing of dissatisfaction, it must be for an undisclosed reason and/or not seen in the many photos provided.
Please provide evidence by photo(s) if that is required for me to understand your complaint. (I am very fair, if
there is a true problem)
The item must be mailed within (7) calendar days of completed complaint and in the same condition as shown in the
listing and photos. No returns for factory sealed collector items, they are sealed and I provide exact electronic
weight above on sealed packages. Purchase price is refunded less shipping, handling and the cost to return package
to me.
If package is damaged and you did not purchase shipping insurance please do not come to me. If you did purchase
insurance and your package appears damaged, DO NOT OPEN and take photos immediately and then look up on the post
office web site for claims procedure. I will help in anyway I can on this end. But please do not make it my job.
I have never filed a claim to date so I would not know how either, but knowing the post office I have a hard time
believing they would pay out on an insurance claim anyway.
Please make me an offer on my fixed priced items and put it in again if I first don't accept, I would like to get
the most I can for my items, just keep offering until you don't want the item or I accept.
I have all great stuff and I try my best to treat people fairly and honestly, I only ask for the same in return.
