The condition of this antique paper is good except for blue cranyon mark across page and being sold as is.Here is what is on paper John A.Roebling's Sons Co.Wire Rope and Wire 117-119 Liberty St.New york,u.s.a.Sept.22nd 1890 Messrs .Howe & Co., Troy N.Y.Gentlemen:-We wrote you on Sept.11th that we had given you credit with the amount of invoice for 20 rolls fo netting shipped to H.S.Edwards ,Schenectady N.Y.May 20th.We are now advised by the railroad Co.that the netting was delivered to consignee at Schenectady on May30th.It seems very strange that your customer should make a claim,if he received the netting on the date above stated.The only thing we can now do is to charge the netting back to you,and you,of course,have to look to your customer for the money.Please let us hear from you on the subject.Your truly,John A.Roebling,s Sons Co. Per M J.P.M Shipping and handling cost to you is $5.00
