1) Will this hard shell case fit my Black/White 13-inch or 13.3-inch MacBook?
No, it will only fit the new Aluminum MacBook due to thickness difference: The new unibody aluminum MacBook is thinner than old black/white MacBook. So do NOT get the old hard shell case for your new Aluminum MacBook!
Please be aware that some unhonest overseas sellers are selling cheaper hard shell case for BLACK/WHITE MacBook claiming that it is for the new Aluminum MacBook.
2) Will this hard shell case fit my 13-inch or 13.3-inch Unibody MacBook?
Yes, it will fit ANY unibody aluminum MacBook, whether people call it 13-inch or 13.3-inch MacBook. MacBook actually only has ONE display size: 13.3-inch. However, sometimes people call it a 13-inch MacBook for convenience.
According to MacBook Technical Specifications(http://www.apple.com/macbook/specs.html), it has the following section for Display:

3) Will this hard shell case leave mark on my MacBook or scratch my MacBook?
No, it will absolutely NOT leave mark on or scratch your MacBook.
As the top cover has no open cut, the dirt will NOT get between the top cover and your MacBook top panel easily.
However, you may still need to take the top cover off and use a soft cloth to wipe off the dirt on the screen and top panel of your MacBook once every month.
Please note there are other overseas sellers(like from Hong Kong) who are selling a type of MacBook hard case(sample shown in the following picture) with cut-out Apple logo which infringes the Apple trademark logo and let dirts accumulate between the top cover and MacBook top panel easily and scratch your MacBook.

USAGE:
To put on the case:
1) Shutdown your MacBook and keep your MacBook half open.
2) Place MacBook in bottom half of case, snap on the corners and back 'hooks'.
3) Place top half of the case on top of MacBook, snap on corners side by side.
To remove the case:
1) Pull the small tabs away from the MacBook corners to remove the case.
2) Open the MacBook and pull off the front corners first , then pop off the back.
