Share with a friend! Eight DVDs total: Basic Training (2x), Cardio (2x), Lower Body (2x), Ultimate (in shrink), Ab (in shrink), and two sets of Billy Bands. The Billy bands were only used a couple of times each, but the bands have really faded in color while in storage over the past year. I don't know why. They were kept in the normal living area of the house, not the basement or attic.
