The chains are in new unused condition. It is sold as is and for buyer pick up only in McClure Pa. 17841 Snyder Co. . It is also for sale locally and I may stop the auction at any time. I will accept money order, bank certified check or cash at time of pick-up. The item will not leave here until it is paid for and it must be paid in full within 7 days after the auction ends.
