From the estate of an avid model railroader is the N Scale two story depot with two passenger platforms. Building needs a little wouk in painting or weathering to cover some glue stains especially on room, shows in photo. Otherwise a very nice building. Buyer to pay flat rate USPS First Class Mail shipping of 4.50. Will combine shipping with other auctions won. I am now required to accept Paypal or credit cards through Paypal only. Please let me know if you want items insured and I will add that to your shipping cost. Items are well packaged and I have rarely had any breakage so I leave the insurance option up to the customer to save shipping cost. Payments not received within 14 days will result in the item being re-listed and non-paying bidder posted.
