Figural Lamp

Being submitted for auction is a delightful porcelain figural lamp base. It depicts a lady, that I believe is dancing. Nice art deco design, and I love the purple undergarment that she is wearing.

It stands 7 3/8" in height, with the base being 2 5/8" across. It is marked "Germany" on the base, along with some other markings that I couldn't identify.

As you will note in the photos, she will need rewired, and have a bulb holder replacement. I am not to sure what is going on with the top metal part...perhaps someone applied soldering on it for some reason?

The porcelain piece is in spectacular condition with no chips/cracks or repairs. Don't worry, I double checked her arms and leg...no repairs were found. A truly wonderful piece of the past for your collection...
