Bottom line is I abide by Ebay~If you are new to ebay and don't know-ASK? I check email MANY times a day!
I will not harass you for payment but if I do not hear from you within 3 days I will send a 2nd invoice-on the 7th day I file a non-paying bidder alert-Ball is in your court then-A little communication is all that is needed most times to prevent misunderstandings-SO JUST TELL ME IF THERE IS A PROBLEM-We ALL have issues occasionally and I am reasonable-(just don't try to verify that with my EX)

Shipping-I generally ship on a daily basis except for Monday-- however sometimes things happens--If you are in need of an item right away please let me know and every effort will be made to get it out the door the same day you pay
REFUNDS-when it is a size issue I will be happy to refund your purchase price if you return it to me at your expense. I will not refund ANY shipping unless I misrepresent the size or quality!! If I do so it is by mistake and I will be more than happy to refund total costs that the buyer incurs plus 5% for your inconvenience!! I don't think you can get better service than that!!
International Shipping~ I will ship internationally but please allow an extra day or so for me to get to the post office. I have no control over USPS and the service and rate changes they have put into effect recently.
Last of all-I love Ebay(well not as much as I used to) and it works usually when you communicate~I am a people person and I do not feel harassed when you contact me-Please do NOT hesitate to email with any questions or concerns!!
