Delivery: Most orders (90%) will arrive within 30 days. Keep in mind - holidays, weekends, weather, peak periods. As of 2008... west coast usa, canada, france and italy are taking an extra 10-20 days for delivery on average. Delivery is beyond sellers control. <P>
Condition: everything we sell is of the  highest quality. Either sealed, mint (like new), near mint (almost like mint with some minor flaw). The only time we offer something less than our standards is if it is VERY rare. We turn away 90% of the items offered to us.. which are bought and sold on the internet by our competitors.<P>
Description: Is more detailed and accurate than anyone we buy from on ebay. Who are usually vague intentionally...  After millions of units sold we have had few complaints. Perhaps one a year and that may be an oversight or just a weird customer venting.<P>
Packaging: we use heavier materials than usual for records. Everything is securely - professionally package... beyong most sellers or drop shippers standards.<P>
Communcation: please limit.. (status) if an order hasn't arrived - that means we may have slowed down a bit. Postal service will slow in summer and holidays. Also homeland security issues that may arise. Packages rarely get lost- ever. In our experience it happens about once a year and for some reason spanish speaking countries. Feedback: like everything we do... this is done in batches (eliminates most errors). If you would like feedback right away - please ask.
