ANTIQUE VINTAGE G.E. ELECTRIC FAN

Hello fan fans..Fan Club?  Well anyhow, I have this old fan to sell.  The GE tag contains the following data:  Cat 42X548, No. V43314, Spec. 272526-1.  It is green under the dirt.  It has been stored in a dry shed.  It oscelates (swivels) inside the circular frame around the motor.  The cord is in horrible conditon, but it is original, and appears to have the original plug.  To test the motor, I took off the bottom of the base and connected to the motor side of the switch and the cord.  It runs very nicely, with no slack in the bearings.  The switch is on the base and is a double knife and blade type that probably means that it was made in the twenties as a guess. 

Hello fan fans... fan club?  Well anyhow, I have this old fan to sell.  The GE tag has the following data: Cat 42X548, No. V43314, Spec. 272526-1.  It is green under the dirt from being stored in a dry shed.  The cord is in horrible condition, but appears to have the original plug.  To test the motor, I took the bottom off of the base and connected to the motor side of the switch and the cord.  The motor runs nicely and has no looseness in the bearings.  The switch, which is in the base, is a double fork and blade type which as a guess, means that it was made in the twenties.  The cage is 11" in diameter, and the maximum fan height is 13 1/2".  With all the cast iron castings, it weighs 7 pounds.  The shipping estimate I listed is for sending it from Colorado to New York.  If you live closer, I can reduce that some.  Contact me if you have any questions and be sure to see the other fan I am selling.
