 The lettering is all in place.  The underfloor detailing is all in place.  All of the steps. air tanks and air cylinders, and grabirons, end diaphrams, and detailed interior are in place.

It is finally here  4 CARS IN THE  SET --

By late 1954, Union Pacific was unhappy with how long-time partner Chicago & North Western handled UP passenger trains between Omaha and Chicago. Work to find a new route began, and on September 20, 1955, Milwaukee Road president John P. Kiley announced that they would handle UP's trains, including the flagship City of Los Angeles, starting October 30.
 
UP required cars in the Cities pool wear Armour Yellow and Harbor Mist Gray. Milwaukee planned to paint nearly 40 cars for the five trains, but quickly found the UP scheme less expensive to apply and more durable than its own. Starting in 1956, all non-commuter passenger cars and locos began receiving the new colors, which would remain the standard until Amtrak took over in 1971.
 
Modeling this exciting era is a snap with Walthers latest HO releases, featuring 13 different cars factory-finished in yellow and gray, with later styles of side sills, ends, diaphragms, trucks and other details.

*Working diaphragms and a complete underbody featuring diecast GSC Commonwealth trucks with RP-25 metal wheels.

* Walthers swinging drawbar system is standard equipment on all models to improve operation on small or large curves. Working knuckle couplers installed (optional horn-hook couplers included in box).

* Electrical pickups are already installed, which allows easy installation of the snap-in Interior Lighting Kit (sold separately in my Storefront) if desired. For longer trains or a larger fleet of cars, numberboard decals are also provided.

• LOCOMOTIVE SPECIAL CONDITIONS:  This unit has an odometer and an hour meter on it for return both the odometer and the hour meter must read zero.
• For MTH items If the unit is run then normal factory warranty would apply and MTH would directly handle any warranty issues.
• On New  power units Factory Warrantees apply and are handled directly by the manufacturer under the terms of their warranty agreement.

SHIPPING: SHIPPING is done Monday thru Friday normally within 1 day of receiving payment.  Sometime a delay does occur due to weather or the commercial carriers we use to deliver the packages.  All customers receive an email notifying they of the scheduled delivery date at the time of shipping along with the tracking number of the package.

FREE SHIPPING:    FREE SHIPPING ONLY applies to packages shipped domestically within the continental United States.  Shipping outside the 48 states pay quoted shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:   INTERNATIONAL customers pay quoted shipping cost based on the service class desired and the Destination.  International, Canadian, Australian, German, Japanese and United Kingdom Buyers MUST pay by Paypal and MUST Provide a Telephone Number for the customs form.  INTERNATIONAL, Canadian, Australian, German, Japanese and United Kingdom Buyers pay all actual shipping costs and fees plus a 5.00 USD handling fee.
