ANTIQUE SPICE TEA CABINET OLD STORAGE DISPLAY CHEST NR

SHIPPING ONLY ON THIS AUCTION......................................................Estate Sale Item.........................................This auction is for an old Wood Cabinet , that was last used as a Spice & Tea Service Cabinet . It was actually used on a counter top , in a Kitchen area . I don’t really know what it’s intended use was for , when the piece was made , but it has a couple of wall hangers on the back , so it may have been a part of something . The exterior of the Cabinet measures , at the bottom , approx . 28 in. long , 9 1/2 in. wide , and is about 15 in. tall . The inside useable area of the cabinet is approx. 21 in. long , 11 in. high , and about 7 in. deep . There is one adjustable shelf in the Cabinet . The shelf is set at the lowest point , in my photos , with a height clearance of approx. 4 in. . The shelf cannot be placed lower in the Cabinet . When the shelf is set in placer , as shown in my photos , it leaves a height clearance on the bottom storage area of approx. 6 1/2 in. high . The front glass doors work well , and close , and latch tightly . The Cabinet is tight and sturdy , but does show a lot of years of nicks and bruises on the exterior . There is tiny bits of fancy trim , missing in a few small areas . I have used a pencil in one close up photo , to show you examples of what I am referring to . You can also see examples of age scars on the top of the Cabinet . It’s a handsome little Cabinet , that could be used for many different things , or collections of small items . I have no idea what type of wood it is made out of , but looks to have been well made . A little cleaning , and a bit of furniture polish , and it should look like a very nice old piece .
The  maximum shipping cost ,  ( 35 lbs , 32x20x15 ,   )   , will be approx. $44.85 , (West Coast to East Coast) ,  which is INSURED  SHIPPING .  Alaska and Hawaii could cost more , so email me for that shipping cost .
