Absolutely beautiful Irish Championship solo dress from Siopa Rince in England.  Purchased from original owner and never worn by my daughter as she grew out of it before making it to Championships, so it is in great condition.  This dress is STUNNING on stage due to hundreds of Swarovski crystals and beautiful colors.  The underside is white with pink polka-dots to match the bloomers and sleeves.  Includes headband, cape and bloomers.  Measurements (laid flat) as follows:

Chest - 11 1/2"

Natural Waist - 10 3/4"

Dropped Waist - 12 1/2"

Sleeve Length (shoulder to hem) - 10 1/2"

Skirt length (waist seam to hem) - 12 1/2"

Shoulder to Shoulder (across back) - 11 3/4"
